Exchange And Refund Policy

    Our ultimate objective is to ensure that our customers have a remarkable shopping experience with us at WH Sri Lanka. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase online, please contact customer service to assist you with any issues you may have [email protected].

IN-STORE PURCHASES

Strictly NO refunds

  • No cash refunds, credit back to credit cards or future purchase credit note for future purchases.

Exchanges

  • WH Sri Lanka will happily exchange items within 7 days from the original purchase date. Items should be in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of damage by the customers.
  • Items must be returned with all WH tags and Vendor Tags tags still attached and with the original receipt.

ONILNE PURCHASES (Sri Lanka Only)

  • No cash refunds, credit back to credit cards or future purchase credit note for future purchases.

Exchange

  • WH Sri Lanka will happily exchange items within 04 days from the original delivery date. Items should be in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of damage by the customers.
  • Items must be returned with all WH and Vendor tags still attached and with the original receipt. Provided that the item is returned to us. Once received, we will ship the new/exchanged item at our cost.

  • Items must be returned with all WH and Vendor tags still attached and with the original receipt. Provided that the item is returned to us. Once received, we will ship the new/exchanged item at our cost.

DISCOUNTED AND SALE ITEMS

  • Discounted and Sale items cannot be exchanged again.

EXEMPTED PRODUCTS

    The goods outlined below can’t be returned or exchanged after purchased in compliance with the customer’s statutory rights.

  • Personalized or customized goods / clothes manufactured or altered following a customer’s specifications and preferences on request.
  • Perishable goods that expire or deteriorate quickly

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellations by customers should be done before the purchased/ordered items are dispatched from WH Sri Lanka Warehouse. No refunds will be made for the already purchased items. For Cancellations, email us on [email protected]
  • NOTE - If you change your mind within 12 hrs. of placing your order, you are eligible to cancel your order without being charged a cancellation fee
  • WH Sri Lanka reserves the right to cancel any order without providing reasons or explanation for same, if under the prevailing circumstances, the requirement cannot be met. However, WH Sri Lanka will ensure that any such cancellation will be communicated and notified to the customer and that any refund, if applicable will be made to the customer within a reasonable period of time.

COLOUR DISCLAIMER

  • We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your screen resolution, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.
  • Note: Items can be exchanged at our retail store within the time period and all conditions above should be met.
  • Note: If you have not met the exchange conditions, WH Sri Lanka will notify you by email, in person or by phone that the exchange will not be processed, and your merchandise will be shipped back to you. If you refuse said delivery, WH Sri Lanka reserves the right to retain the product(s) and the amount paid for the purchase of the product(s).
  • If items given as a gift and was purchased via Store or Online, same above polices apply

  • To return your product, you should mail your product with Exchange Note sent by us, to

  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • If you are shipping an item over Rs 10,000/=, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
